Once your package has been received and your refund has been issued, our Care Team will alert you via email. After that, it can take up to three business days for your refund to be reflected on your bank statement.
Please keep in mind that we pick up our mail directly from the Post Office, so sometimes we don’t have your piece in hand to start the refund process just yet even if it says it has been delivered. For this reason, please allow up to a week after your package has been delivered for your refund to be processed, and let us know if there is any way we can help in the meantime.
