Though lots of love and care goes into our jewelry to make sure it’s built to last, we know accidents happen—and for that reason, we’re happy to fix or replace any and all of our pieces for you. If you notice any issues with your piece -- such as excessive tarnishing or discoloration, a broken clasp or a loss of shape.
To start this process, simply fill out THIS FORM, send your piece back to our studio, and we'll get started on your repair as soon as we can.
So, what can we do for you?
Within 1 month of delivery:
Fixing or replacement is free and if your shipping address is in the U.S. you are eligible for a free shipping label which you can download when you submit the form linked above.
1-3 months after delivery:
Fixing or replacement is free.
3-6 months after delivery:
Fixing or replacement is free. Return postage paid by customer.
6-12 months after delivery:
We're happy to fix or replace the piece. We ask that you pay a fee to cover half the cost of the broken component of the piece.
12+ months after delivery:
We're happy to fix or replace your piece. We do ask that you pay a fee to cover the full cost of the broken component of the piece.
