We’re happy to accept returns for any and all of our pieces within 30 days of delivery. To return your piece and receive a refund, all you need to do is send your item back to us.

Since our system doesn't currently support international return labels, orders delivered outside the US will have to cover their own postage to our studio:

Please include a note inside your return containing:
- Your order number (#XXXXX)
- Your contact information (name, email, and phone number)
- The reason for your return

Once your package has been received and your refund has been issued, our Care Team will alert you via email. Although your package might have been delivered according to the shipper, we might not yet have processed your return so please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to process.
If you'd like to exchange, adjust or alter your piece, we'd be happy to accommodate within 30 days of delivery. We offer free alterations, adjustments, and repairs within 6 months of delivery. Check out our instructions for alterations and adjustments and exchanges for more information.
