If you wish to update or cancel an order before it has shipped, please reach out to our Care Team with your order number and any other relevant information. If your order has already shipped, you may also send it back to our studio for adjustments.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate any changes and updates for your piece, but once an order is in production we can’t always guarantee that these changes are possible. However, contact our Care Team if you'd like to pursue any changes to your order.
*Please note, any changes made to an order could double your production time. If you're in a time crunch, you might consider looking at our arrival times, then canceling your current order and placing a new one.
